Great Lakes Designs is a woman-owned maker in Southgate, Michigan selling custom tumblers, apparel, home decor and laser-engraved gifts. The storefront carries personalization on individual products, so a customer configures the item they want rather than sending a separate message about it.
Because a large share of the business happens in person, the site also runs an events calendar for craft shows, vendor markets and product drops, with add-to-calendar links. A custom order route handles the enquiries that do not fit a catalogue product.
