ClearPath Disputes gives consumers a structured way to exercise rights they already hold under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Users enter tradeline data from their official reports through a guided intake, and the platform lines up Equifax, Experian and TransUnion side by side so mismatched balances, statuses and dates become obvious.
From there it drafts precise demand letters citing the specific violation, formats them for certified mail, and tracks the statutory thirty day investigation window. A separate module handles debt validation, forcing third-party debt buyers to produce the original signed contract and proof of assignment. Everything generated is stored in an encrypted vault with tiered retention and self-serve deletion.
